Abby turned 4 in Dec and all last year she kept reminding me that she was going to have a real party. She was not going to let me get out of it. How do you have a big party when your birthday is a week before christmas?
I came up with a plan!I just had her birthday a month early. We had park day's in our old ward who I miss very much!!!! So I decided I would just have her party on that day. It worked out great. All her friends were able to come and they had fun playing at the park. I just brought cup cakes and snack it was the easiest party ever and I think they had more fun than doing a real party.
Then on her real birthday we had family over and she requested a pony cake. I can't believe she is getting so big.

Awww, we miss you and your family too!!
I miss my ward too. I did the twins 1 year birthday about a month later. They didn't know the difference. It probably won't work in the future.
Now those look like happy cupcake eaters! Bet that was the best park day ever.
